Rude as heck. They told me forget it and hung up on me.
I could not have asked for more. Mr. Landrum was the sweetest man. He heard my horror story about the West Canal Florist who sent a horrible centerpiece looking nothing like what I had ordered - and said that he could make one for me. He asked me my price range, and had it done in about 2 hours. It is beautiful and I love it. I will definitely go back to his shop again. It doesn't hurt that he is a disabled veteran. Such a pleasure!
The flowers for my cousin's funeral were just beautiful. Thank you so much for making a lovely arrangement on very short notice. The mix of colors was just what we needed, like a garden blooming in the room with us. Thank you also for taking the time to talk to me through my tears.
