I called from Wisconsin to place a florist delivery. I spoke with someone and told the lady to make me an $50 arrangement. I gave the address and she asked for the person whom the flower were being delivered to phone number. She told me she would call and let me know how much is the delivery fee. So on the day of delivery, I was calling the shop there was no answer. So my sister told me that the florist was trying to get her to come and pick up her delivery from the shop because they had never seen that address and also they did not delivery her flowers until after closing at 5 really. I did not like the arrangement but my sister did. I just seen a $72 charge on my card. Please refrain from ordering from locations that’s don’t have class enough to answer the phone after they have taken your money and think the special person should pick up there order smh.
