I ordered a beautiful Sunny Cyclamen in beautiful white vase for a family member's funeral and a SuPerl delivered a cheap green ivy in an even cheaper container. I am beyond upset and am thoroughly embarrassed. I will be calling first thing in the morning to ask for a refund and SuPerl can go to the funeral home and pick their plant up. I am in tears. Mrs. Nash deserved much more and much better than what SuPerl delivered.

I ordered a boutonnières on a Monday for Thursday. The lady was very nice. We I went to pick up my order it wasn’t ready. Then the worker couldn’t find not even one rose. What type of flower shop doesn’t have any roses? There’s another review that says a lady ordered something and it was completely different. I bet what she wanted had roses. I didn’t have time to go to another shop and plead my case. The worker called a shop in Ridgeland for me and ordered one. That was too for away for the time I had. I wouldn’t recommend using them. Even though she’a nice, dependability is crucial in the flower business.
