My most recent experience was wonderful. The high quality of medical care my dog receives from East Louisville Animal Hospital, combined with the great customer service I receive, are what keeps me going back to them. But this most recent visit (mid-July, 2020) combined those things with an excellent handling of social distancing. I was amazed at the lengths they went to keep the facilities and staff as free from virus exposure as they did, while still able to maintain the high levels of medical care and customer service I have come to know them for. Absolutely would recommend this vet to anyone else looking for care for their dog.

East Louisville was my first choice when choosing a vet for my pup, Canyon. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of customer service during our first appointment, even during a pandemic. Canyon enjoyed hanging out with the techs, and he even got a goodie bag at the end! Dr. Edlin’s dogs, Murray and Knox come into my work for doggy daycare, so I knew that Canyon would be in great hands under their Dad’s care at East Louisville! The only downfall is that they need more Knox... we know Murray’s the baby, but... Knox is a good boy too!

East Louisville Animal Hospital has taken care of my best friend since we relocated to Kentucky from Oregon. Finding a new vet can be very stressful, especially when you’ve got a pet with a preexisting issue. The doctors at this clinic have all taken good care of Andi and I trust their opinions and care. They’ve responded to the Covid-19 scenario safely and efficiently and Andi is back on her path toward wellness after her last visit.
