I placed an order for a same day delivery and I received a confirmation email but they never got delivered and I also emailed to see if they got delivered but no response and the phone number didn't work when I called either. I’m glad I did not get charged though.
Flowers was never delivered for my sister wedding, never recieved a call or anything, will be calling my bank first thing Monday. This company is very unprofessional and I would BE AWARE before making a purchase.
Flowers were never delivered. Called multiple times with no answer and “voicemail full” message. Also emailed with no response. Had to call credit card company to cancel payment.
Appreciate their wonderful customer service after having a nightmare of a time dealing with two other companies. Had a funeral visitation I was trying to get an arrangement to and they assembled and delivered in record time. Thanks SO much!!
