Great staff!! Great service! Great florist!! I’ve used them for several years and haven’t been disappointed yet.nnI’m not a flower person so I really don’t know what to look for. I usually tell them : “Do your thing!” and they knock it out the park each time!
My family ordered a $50 bouquet for my grandmother who is in the hospital this week. What they sent her is not even remotely close to what we ordered. I read the substitution policy, but it seems to me that they substituted the most generic stuff possible. I understand flower availability changes in certain seasons, but we specifically ordered a fall bouquet thinking all of those flowers would be in season. Additionally, the bouquet looked much much smaller than what we thought we were paying for. I think many of the $20 bouquets from Kroger are larger and more unique. I am very disappointed.
So kind and helpful staff. Beautiful flowers and arrangements. Great gifts, too. You can't go wrong with World of Flowers.
