Let me tell you, the owner, Joanne, will answer the phone even after they are closed. Believe me that is super important, especially when you have someone in the hospital who is very ill.. Joanne is a fine Christian woman who will help you get the RIGHT flowers for the person you are sending to. I just call her directly and she answers the telephone, even on Sunday's, Weekends and evenings I live in Denver, Colorado and have a number of family members in the Brandon, Jackson, Mississippi area.. She has delivered flowers for me tona granddaughter who was graduating, a niece who was getting married,nfor several folks in the hospital and for someone who died... As well asnto she sent a GORGEOUS BOUQUET to my daughter for Mother's Daynand on her birthday. Whether it's flowers or a plant, I know JOANNE willndo it up right for me... I tell her the colors and kinds of flowers I want; shentells me what she has and together we make it work to have thosenflowers I send via Floral Expresssions a gift of LOVE! (PS: She is honestnwith her prices.. She doesn't send out junk...!)
The staff was very helpful in helping me out in a pinch when I needed it. Staff was very nice, I'd recommend for any future clients.
Very nice lady was great help and always smiling I loved dealing with them they'll have my business from here on out!!!!! She didn't have what I was looking for but we got it ordered and it will be in, in a timely manner!!!!

Horrible communication. Sent wrong arrangement. Wouldn't do anything about it. Never use these worthless people. I have never seen a more rude, unprofessional business. Spare yourself embarrassment and heartache!!!
