Ordering a Funeral floral arrangement is always a little scary, especially from out of town. You see a beautiful arrangement on the website, lay quite a bit of money down up front and pray for the best. Too many times I have shown up at the funeral or a friend send a pic of the arrangement (yes, for that kind of money I check) only to be mortified! SHIPP'S FLOWERS CAME THROUGH!!! Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! And it was an order over the website. I didn't speak to anyone personally. You guys are really awesome! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!

Since my son and his family have not lived in Brookhaven long, I only ordered from a florist once before today. Several months ago, I ordered from Bertha's florist and they were nice, so today, I called about sending my granddaughter some balloons. I realize it was 3:30 and near closing time but I had been in meetings all day and was unable to break away to call. When I asked the salesperson at Bertha's if they could possibly deliver just some balloons at such a late notice, she replied they didn't have little girl balloons...I immediately googled another florist in the area, and Shipp's Flowers was there. I called immediately and even though they were closing, the nice man who answered agreed to take my precious granddaughter a stuffed animal and a bouquet of balloons on his way home!! Thank you, Shipp's from my heart! Even though it was late, you came through for me and I won't forget it!

The person mentioned in the 1 star ratings is no longer working here! The other workers here are more than happy to help and the “basic” flowers are the ones we can get, many flowers aren’t in season and we are not able to get! Come by and see us, we’re a family owned business that I am very proud to be a part of!
