This is best florist shop. Diana was wonderful helping us. The flower arrangements were beautiful. Thank you so much for all you have done for our family for many years.

This florist ruined a very special day & gift for someone I love and care about. Do not trust them with your special thoughtful gifts. Learn from my mistakes and do yourself a favor and use a different company.nnWorst florist I have ever used. I ordered an arrangement for a special occasion and asked several times if they would be delivered the same day and I was assured that they would be delivered after lunch. Around 2 PM I started calling the shop to see if they were out for delivery and didn’t get an answer, I called my girlfriend to make sure she was home and of course she was and made no mention of the gift so I was sure they weren’t delivered.nnI called the shop 10 more times until 5 pm and left messages and no answers or call backs. I finally find the owners number online and called and texted and finally got a response at 6:33 PM. Which said “ I remember they went out on the delivery truck. I’m sorry I’ll have to check on them in the morning. ”- this was a gift for a exam that she has been studying for the past 6 months, and she was leaving 6 am. Which is why I wanted them delivered same day. Then she proceeded to say “ My delivery man doesn’t have a phone so I’m trying to get someone in his family.” HOW DOES DELIVERY DRIVER NOT HAVE A CELL PHONE? She never got the gift after I asked at 8pm. I was charged and will be calling for a refund this morning. Do not trust this florist with your special gifts.

Got a small bouquet from a friend in Louisana. Sent her a picture and she was not pleased with the price nor the pruduct. She said to attribute it to maybe flowers were not available due to covid-19. This has happened to me once before and I refused delivery. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this shop.
