Love their customer service over the phone. Mrs. Conner is so sweet and very cordial. Thank you for the southern hospitality. The bereaved family said the plant was exquisite.
My husband ordered flowers for me through an online vendor. He did not request University Florist due to the low ratings, however that is who got selected to prepare and delivery my bouquet. It did not arrive on the date requested (Valentines) though he received a confirmation that it did. The arrangement arrived the Monday after Valentine's and was ridiculous! He paid almost $100 for what looked like a $35 arrangement. DO NOT use this florist! I only gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me rank it lower.
Good service, but prices are high
Absolutely horrible. The service was horrible and the lady was rude. The flowers looked NOTHING like the picture and when I tried to tell her, she completely disregarded the comment and told me that the flowers given to me were “much prettier” . DO NOT go here. I am very unhappy. The flowers given to me were droopy looking and were nothing worth close to $85.
The order delivered was NOTHING like I ordered. I paid extra for delivery in under 4 hours. They called her to come pick it up!!! Do not order from them....they will cheat you completely.
