Country Garden Florist did my flowers for my wedding and they were absolutely stunning. Every single arrangement was breath-taking and added vibrant colors to our special day. I ordered flowers online to be delivered. I chose them so they would only have to drive 1.2 miles to deliver. They did not deliver anything like I ordered. I called the next day and the guy said on his website it says due to COVID they don’t have the selection of flowers and have to use what they have available. I told him I understood but they were not even close. It looked like they were just thrown together. He never said I am sorry you were not happy, never offered a discount. He was in a hurry to get off the phone and didn’t really care. I would never order from them again. Flowers are not cheap to order and have delivered anyway but if you pay $100 you expect someone to care about what they deliver and customer satisfaction.
Jim did an amazing job with my wedding flowers, he met with me and helped me with every question I had. Super friendly and fast responsive, I was complete blown away by every single arrangement, bouquet and my beautiful decorated cake. Thank you Jim!
Called this morning to order a large planter for daughters birthday. I talked to a very friendly guy, told me what they had, and it sounded perfect. She got it when they said and it was beautiful. Well worth the $$$. Found my call in florist since I’m 3 hours away. Thank you!
