I love their products, but did not have a good experience picking up my order this last time. Their website and voice mail says they are open until 5 on Saturdays, however, they were closed when I arrived at 4:45 on my way to the event I was taking them to. In fairness, they had left me a message at 3:40, which didn't show up on my phone until later, but it was disappointing.
Fantastic customer service, they were actively dipping strawberries and the place smelled wonderful. Only reason not 5 stars is they had limited options available although I did come in the am.

This establishment is horrible!! A order was placed for me as I am in the hospital. The tray said delivery but it could not be found. Found it 3 hours later and it wasn’t edible!! The store was already closed so no help there. Called the next morning and the gentleman was very condescending. He said he would need the old one back in exchange for a new one....no problem.nnWell, I tried to order one today and it was a little after 5:00. The website says that the store doesn’t close until 7:00. I received a phone call from the store saying that they don’t have any drivers available and that they could deliver tomorrow.....no. It doesn’t say anywhere that the order has to be placed by a specific time for same day delivery. I called customer service and they were useless. I’m extremely upset with this poor customer service!!ud83dude21ud83eudd2c
Ordered a fruit arrangement for my granddaughters birthday and although it was delivered promptly which was appreciated...it was embarrassing when she opened it!! Looked nothing like the picture! Looked like a 3 year old did it! What happened to taking pride in your workmanship and management overseeing what employees are producing and delivering!! My first time ordering an edible arrangement and my last!!
