Every front desk assistant, technician, vet puts everything into every animal they see. Before covid they would give first timers a tour of the entire office, which I've never had a previous vet do. The vet technicians are quick but gentle if your bird needs to be toweled and are so sweet always baby talking my birds. The vets inform you of options like blood work but never force it on you, go over absolutely everything and answer any questions you have. I live an hour away from this office and the drive is 110% worth it to get the care my birds deserve.
Super impressed with their staff and vet. Friendly and thorough, you can tell they are passionate about giving the animals they treat the best life
I live in Indiana and have no access to a vet clinic that can treat a bird. My Chicken was mauled by a dog and the staff was able to walk me through what to do without hesitation, they were patient and kind and my bird is on her path to recovery.
They are awesome! I brought my bird there and they are just so caring. They were nice to my cockatiel and answered every question we had and they didn’t rush us!
I called for my Eurasian Owl and they got her in right away; Great Aviary doctor.... Recommend any bird fancier too give them a chance with your bird companion medical needs/ Micro chipping
