I love this little vet hospital. Most of the staff are super sweet. The vet tech Chris is amazing and our favorite! He’s so kind and quick on his feet. I know everyone is working so hard during the pandemic so I appreciate Chris and all of the staff for their hard work!! However, today I just spoke with a woman over the phone (won’t give a name cause i don’t want her to get in trouble) i booked an apartment for 3pm today for My dog Zeola & the woman was rude! She cut me off and abruptly asks what my question is and tried to rush me off the phone. I was really surprised with the way she spoke to me. We pay a lot of money to bring Zeola to this hospital, so I always expect kind customer service that’s all we ever want. The other things like the phones being messed up & the process of getting our dog in during a pandemic is no ones fault. However, it only takes a few seconds to snap out of whatever mood you’re in and be kind to those of us who call in. We all have busy and hectic lives too. So being warm and kind to people is super important to us!

I’m so happy I found Heritage Vet Hospital...I experienced a very stressful emergency situation with my cat and they handled it effectively and knew exactly how to address it. Dr. Manse is amazing and so so sweet. She is calm and you can tell she actually cares about the animals and wants the best for them. She could tell that I was clearly upset/shaken up and worked diligently to stabilize my kitty and refer to an emergency clinic to care for him further. (She and the team worked 2-3 hours after close the night I brought him in.) I’m so happy I finally found a vet that not only is affordable, but does quality work. Thank you!

They are the best. So caring. My baby was sick and they got him right in. They go above and beyond. Wond take our baby boy anywhere else.
