The most loving, caring and wonderful doctors we have ever experienced as well as the staff. Not a good morning having to take our beloved little dog to say goodbye but Dr Pierre and Dr Kay are not just great doctors...they are wonderful grief counselors and the staff so kind at this sad time. We love them and if we were to ever have another pet....we would never go anywhere but there.
I had to bring my senior cat here b/c he wasn't feeling well. They took me as a new client and helped me out right away. I came in a couple of days later thay really took great care of my fur baby. He is a happy healthier cat now. They have a great staff and the doctor I saw was awesome. Thank you Bridgeton Animal Hospital.
First, I'd like to state that Dr. Pierre is the best and most compassionate vet I've ever met. The care that he provides is absolutely outstanding. Unfortunately some of his staff is not very coordinated. I was left in an exam room for 50min without feedback, I stuck my head out a few times and waved, but was ignored. I left and since tried contacting Dr. Pierre but am never allowed to speak to him. My emails are either ignored or answered by other staff. I never received an apology or even explanation. I would love to hear back from Dr. Pierre, I have a GSD that weighed in at 103lbs last visit...
I just love dr Kay. The prices are high like any other vet but you get the care you pay for I love my pets so the vet must be the best!!!
In no way is this a bad clinic, we went here for many years, it is just very small and expensive. I think they could do a better job of breaking down the prices before you agree to any procedures. The staff is nice and usually respond in a reasonable time. I also don't believe they are fear free certified like most newer clinics which is a let down.
