My pup Matrix had a wonderful visit. The staff were welcoming and pleasant. They answered all of our questions and were very knowledgeable.
Amazing service. Only vet in St Louis that managed to accomodate us same-day after another dog bit ours. They even were able to look at her right away so we didn't have to drop her off since she's a new rescue and not very socialized with other dogs. Overall reasonable prices given tbe amazing and timely service and staff. Very happy we chose Banfield for our dog.
This clinic is a money grab. They care more about selling you medications and plans rather than taking care of your pet. My dog had a bad ear infection I took her to them. They prescribed medication and my dog started to get better, then started to get worse again. I took her back about a month or 2 later for the same thing and they prescribed different medicine. They NEVER ONCE stated that her ear infection was caused by her ears being dirty and needing to be cleaned. When I brought this to there attention they told me “I declined her ear cleaning.” This is a lie. Now...... who in there right mind would would pay for medication, no wait, waste there money on medication and not solve the issues causing the problem. Please think twice about taking your pet here. They are over priced and just want to sell you stuff.
Staff are always friendly and know your pet by name. Always fascinated by that. The level of care is above satisfactory, informational and professional. We will miss Dr. Wood, Dr. Altmeyer and the staff.
The professionals at Banfield Pet Hospital are very knowledgeable. When my pet visited, they were responsive my all of my concerns. They provided excellent care and service. Very animal friendly!
