If I could rate this place a zero stars I would. I am not sure how this place has good reviews. The first time I waited over an hour in the parking lot after my appt time.l, second time over 45 min. They were extremely rude and my pet has been to many other places (move a lot for work) and everyone loves him and tells him how great he is. This place both times has tried to drug him with “Valium” for no reason. My pet was extremely upset after going to this place both times. Animals always sense when something is off. Do NOT recommend.nnTO your RESPONSE: I 100% brought my pet there TWICE. And also both times was suggested to give my cat drugs for the appointment. Quit trying to cover up your unethical behavior. Also took my pet to another vet on the area, had zero issues for the same appointment. Clearly something is off.
This is an AMAZING place. Everyone here really cares about your pet. They are very knowledgeable. I have taken all 3 of my animals here and will continue to. Superb service. *Jackie is also a great addition to the staff. Rockstar!!
Terri and the entire staff at Willowbrook are the best. They genuinely care about your pet. My wife and I both highly recommend Willowbrook.
The staff is using COVID precautions and makes the visit smooth and easy. The vet tech was kind and thoughtful toward my nervous pup. Thanks for working with him!
Dr. Sympson and her staff have cared foe our dog Bailey for 12 years. We live in Wildwood now and still make the trip to Creve Coeur to see her because she’s so amazing and just loves our dog.
