Our 20 plus year vet would not get us in for an emergency..in a panic I called Mackenzie Point..even though we had never been there before they very quickly found us an appt. and got our Lucy on some meds..amazing staff, good prices...our new vet!
One of my dogs, a pit bull, was unjustly treated like a monster. My other two, a lab/beagle mix and a boxer/pit mix were treated very well. It seems that this place is biased towards pit bulls being bad dogs. The only thing our pit bull is aggressive about is giving you as many licks as he can. We will never take one of our family members here again.
MacKenzie Pointe Animal Hospital are amazing. They always take great care of Riley and make her feel loved. We’ve followed them from a different location. They are TOP NOTCH!!!
Everyone is always caring and kind and helpful. Dr Lux is awesome.
Just about as perfect as you can get for a first impression. From phone call to meeting the staff to service my big baby puppy will have no worries about healthcare!
