We have always been so happy taking our pets to Dr Cole. The office staff, and her, have always been so helpful and compassionate. Our recent visit was to put our oldest dog to sleep. Dr. Cole did an amazing job of reassuring our decision, and making sure we knew what to expect. They were so empathetic and loving. Her and the tech were super supportive. We could not have asked for a better experience at such a difficult time. We are so grateful for having them by our side.
I give 5 stars to Tesson Vet because they really care about our pets. They couldn't be an nicer and are very reasonable. I feel confident that my cats and dog are always getting the best care. Even during Covid, they are doing their best to keep our pets and the staff safe by meeting you outside to get your pet. Communication is great and they know our pets by name.
Have only met the techs coming out to get our dog! Very pleasant and Dr. St John explained everything over phone( covid) and answered all questions I had!
As usual, Tesson Ferry Vet did a great job caring for my dog. Cooper arrived for a teeth cleaning appointment and they were ready to receive him when scheduled. The staff communicated with me throughout the day and had him ready for pickup. Two days later I called with questions and they were very responsive and even got a prescription ready for me on short notice 15 minutes before they closed on a Friday evening. Care and service was above and beyond!
The only place I would take my pet. Dr. St.John always explains things clearly and takes the time to care for my pets. Love this place!
