Irene's Floral handled the flowers for my wedding. They were simply gorgeous. The staff helped me sort through designs, colors, flowers, and budgeting seamlessly. Every moment of interacting with this shop was fantastic and I highly recommend Irene's to anyone planning a wedding.

Unfortunately we had to order flowers for a funeral and were not able to do so until the last minute. Irene’s Floral Design was able to fulfill our order by 10 am, even though we ordered it the night before. This was greatly appreciated. Their website was also very easy to use and I received confirmation of delivery too, which brought piece of mind that the flowers were delivered. The recipient said the flowers were beautiful. Irene's Floral Design was very kind, reassuring and accommodating in helping me get some pretty fall flowers to my parents' graves during the pandemic when I couldn't get there myself. I really appreciated their advice on what to get, as it was really hot and humid and I was worried that real flowers wouldn't last the day, but had read that artificial flowers might not be allowed. The selection was the right size and cheerful, with flowers I asked about, and I was so happy when they offered to send me a picture of the flowers at the columbarium. They turned out great!

I live in Illinois but needed to send a sympathy basket to a dear friend in St. Louis. I wanted to see what the local florist had in stock but also make sure anything I sent was safe for my friend's pets. I didn't want cut flowers, I wanted something that would be a lasting memory. Irene's Floral Design took the time to check on the various types of plants to make sure they were non-toxic and texted pictures to me to see what I thought. After a lengthy discussion, we decided to go a different direction and they put together a beautiful silk floral wreath that my friend loves and will now have as a memory of her mother for years to come. I couldn't be happier with Irene's Floral Design. They truly care!
