WKF does it right! I requested a basket of live blooming plants for my daughter. At some point in the delivery process, one of the plants was damaged. I made a short call to an extremely courteous customer service department. The next day my daughter received a replacement for the whole design— absolutely beautiful, even better than expected. Chuck may just be the most helpful man in America. Tried ordering flowers the night before Thanksgiving to be delivered to a funeral on Friday morning at 10am. Couldn't find a single open florist or website that said they could accomplish it. Thank goodness Chuck answered the phone and then solved all my problems in 5 minutes! Will definitely be ordering from again!

WOW Terrible terrible service! Agreed flowers would be delivered 330pm-the Pastor was there at the church at 320pm, all the flowers, bouquets, church flowers, everything SET ON THE GROUND OUTSIDE THE CHURCH! When we called to ask why, they said no-one was there, somehow I don't think my Pastor was lying. Party bouquets pretty, but the 2 Alter flowers were not the same size, looked odd. DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR YOUR TREASURED EVENT! :(
