I should have left a good review years ago. My dog is a total nut case when he's left alone, especially with strangers. He's actually hurt himself and his teeth in the past, so he needs close attention. It can be nerve wracking to figure out how to travel. But Crescent Hill staff kept him safe and happy during numerous overnight stays so I could do what I needed to do. Better than anywhere he's ever stayed.

I highly recommend Crescent Hill Animal Hospital. !! They treated my Oliver ( big baby ud83dudc08 cat ) very lovingly !! He went in for shots and check up !! He came out just as vocal as he did going in but is back purring at home in my arms again!! Thank You Very Much for making this less traumatic than he and I needed it to be ud83eudd70Everyone was Wonderful !! XO

These people are literally THE BEST. They are caring, answer their phones, are timely, have been FABULOUS during COVID, treat the animal like its their own and deal with needy owners like me. Im so grateful. River doesn't like going through the actual doors of the Vet office but when she's interacting with any of the staff, she is such a happy pup. I'm going to miss them when I move in June and pray I find someone half as good!

I started bringing my pups here when I got them out of convenience (literally 3 mins from my house). Everything was just fine until my dog had 2 emergency issues a few months apart, and both times, the clinic was unable to see her. However, a vet located *6* minutes away was able to fit her in both times. The last straw was a few days ago when I took my dogs in for vaccines. I dropped them off, and went back to my house, as I have every time I’ve dropped them off there during the pandemic. The vet called to tell me everything looked good, but one of my dogs was overweight. I told her, he’s not overweight, that’s just his body...and for anybody who cares this isn’t a parent thinking her child is perfect—you can legitimately see his ribs, so part of my anger is directed toward her rationale which was “he has gained x number of lbs since we saw him in June” and not looking at his freaking build. Their office has lost records before and I honestly think they didn’t weigh him or update their records during one of the Corona visits and just transferred his previously recorded weight over (they actually printed off a vaccination certificate for me TODAY and it STILL lists his weight as 41.6, and his sister, who is and has ALWAYS been smaller, as 54.2!!)..HE WEIGHS 70. So yeah it probably is alarming that my now 1 year old pup weighs 30 lbs more than he did when you weighed him in January or whenever your records were actually last updated. I wish I could post pics so you all could see how ABSURD this is. I wasn’t even mad about her calling him fat (I mean she is the doctor) but it was her unwillingness to listen and their lack of record keeping that really got me. Anyway, the real kicker is when I picked them up 3 minutes after making payment over the phone ($500), the vet tech or office girl or whatever said if I ever left when I dropped them off again, which I have been doing throughout this WHOLE pandemic, I’d be charged a boarding fee. Sorry but if I’m paying $500 for you to vaccinate my dog and tell me one is fat WHEN HE IS NOT LIKE ITS SO ABSURD I AM SERIOUSLY CONCERNED based off (unkept) records and not using your flipping brain, and then tell me you’re going to charge me for waiting 3 minutes after refusing to see one of my dogs on two separate occasions in urgent situations—goodbye. This clinic is absurd. Drive the extra 3 mins to Downtown Animal Hospital—they are amazing.nnI gave two stars because the vet did fit my girl dog in when she had a paw issue. However I’m pretty sure it was a yeast infection, which the vet did not even consider.

They are great and really make your pet feel special and like an old friend. They really listen and offer any help to your pet. Plus just love the neighborhood and this business is vital.
