Very nice ☺ had both my fur babies groomed there for the first time and Joey did a great job. They both look great ☺
Gavin is the most amazing person that works there he was so helpful and so understanding that it was the first time I use the kennel I really appreciate how caring he was and I will definitely use them again thank-you Gabon
The staff here have been fabulous with our boys! I wouldn't think of sending them anywhere else! The boys love it every time they get to go!
We've boarded & had our two basset hounds groomed here several times, and will definitely return! My older basset is a big grumbler when it comes to baths and nail trims, but the groomers manage to work around that. Both dogs are incredibly loud, yet the staff always has a smile on their faces when we drop off and pick up. ud83dude42nnTheir boarding areas are pretty big, and they get dog door access to the outside. The floor is cold cement, so I do try to bring a pillow for them in the winter months at the very least (my older one has arthritis).nnI will say that a couple years ago, we had a few times where my older dog came back from boarding + grooming with fleas (2nd dog is still a puppy), but since then I've made sure their flea protection is always newly applied, and haven't had any other problems. I've also met new staff since then, so if you're reading an older review that's less positive, you may want to give Animal House another try. ud83dudc36ud83dudc29ud83cudf89
1st of all the people that work there are horribly rude on the phone and in person . On top of that she claimed my 10 pound dog would have to be sedated if i ever brought him back saying that he attacked her . She didn't even clip his nails and did a horrible job cutting his hair . I've taken him several other places and never had a complaint. This place is not worth the time or the money !!!!
