Getting a puppy in a couple weeks. Made my first visit to check the place out a ND set an appointment if I liked what I saw. I did, very much so. Open, spacious greeting/waiting area. Greeted quickly, friendly, answered all questions. Helped that they've seen the pup already. Breeder brought them in, and they remembered mine. Set appointment with same vet. Looking forward to future visits
They board my friends old horse Sugar. She has seemingly stayed happy and healthy. She sure does have a hard time having to let go of her horse to them but sometimes in life we have things we can't handle or financially cover. She isn't her horse legally anymore but willingly she visitors Sugar quite often. That's very nice of them also.
Even they during the busy time. They understood the urgency and quickly responded to our needs. The ladies where very empathic and allowed me to express my concerns. Thank you for being there for us!
Seriously I have so much to say about the experience that I could literally write a book. In our need with a pet Dr Jackson normally doesn’t see. In a time of need they called us back and stayed to work overtime to take a look at our hamster. Although the trauma that our little guy suffered was too much. Dr Jackson comforted my daughter being honest and helping her when she had to deal with the eventual loss of our little guy the next day. Words cannot thank him for what he was willing to do for us. I believe he knew that our little guy wasn’t going to probably make it, yet he had compassion and honesty about his situation. The entire staff was caring and thoughtful. This is how business should be ran. This is the kind of service you expect for your furry family members.
Without a doubt, this is the best place ever! Everyone is fantastic and so nice. Always go above and beyond for our pets!!
