Heaven's Scent Flowers & Gifts

This weekend I stopped in on my way to my sister's wedding. We were having a last minute bouquet EMERGENCY!!! I explained what I was needing. The woman behind the counter put me a bouquet together without hesitation and sent me on my way. Her act of kindness made me wedding MVP ( my sisters words lol) !! Thank you Heaven Scent! I will be doing my business here moving forward!

My mom received four bouquets for her birthday, two from Heavenly Scent and the other two from two other shops. A week later we were taking the “ugly” flowers out of the other two. After a week and a half, we started checking to see that the Heavenly Scent flowers were actually real (they were,) because they still looked perfect. At the two week mark we had gotten rid of all the flowers in the other two bouquets, and the first 2 flowers of the Heavenly Scent bouquets.

Would not recommend. My wife and I stopped in back in around July to talk to the lady here and give her an idea as to what we were looking for for a wedding bouquet and such. She gave pricing and told us to come back in around October to give final details and such, for our wedding was in December. At the October meeting, my then-fiancé gave her a detailed folder showing photos of similar bouquet shapes as well as the flowers and greenery that she wanted. We requested one the was very wide across the front of my bride. She said she could do that and that it would be around 20ish pounds and would have a hidden handle so it could be held. My bride also specifically said, at least twice, she did not want baby’s breath at all. She also said that she only wants little bouquets for the bridesmaids. I watched the lady write all this down. Come wedding day, my bride and her mother picked up the flowers and found that there is no handle, every bouquet is full of baby’s breathe, and instead of a large, broad bouquet, the lady made a small round one. Only slightly larger then the bridesmaids ones. All in all, absolutely nothing like what we requested and paid for, rushed them out the door and wouldn’t give them the time of day to address the concerns they had. So we made them work as it was the wedding day and had no choice. Will never go back

TOTALLY satisfied with Heaven's Scent. I always enjoy doing business, however today...especially so. I had ordered a birthday bouquet for my wife to have delivered at work. She let me know before heading to bed that she wasn't feeling well and was going to have to take the next day off. I already had the delivery set for her work...but went ahead and emailed the customer service address about changing it to deliver to our new home. Not only did I wake up to an email saying that would not be a problem, but by the time I finished with my shower...they'd already delivered the flowers!!!! Thank YOU for making ME a hero!!!!

I called this flower shop from Florida for my grandma's funeral, she was the most amazing person in this time of need, and so understanding, because I was unable to be there with the virus that has been going on. She understands even over the phone what you are looking for. She made the most beautiful flowers and had them there on time. I would recommend this flower shop to anyone that ever needs flowers. She takes her time to understand what you are looking for. Thank you for everything.
