FLOWERS FOR THE FOUR SEASONS

My wife received a most beautiful bouquet for her birthday celebration. Al fresh and some many varieties...Will be only too happy to use them again

I ordered an extra large bouquet of flowers and a 14 ounce box of chocolate from 1-800-FLOWERS as a gift to my wife for our Anniversary. What she received was maybe a medium bouquet of flowers and a 3.8 ounce box of chocolate. I called 1-800-FLOWERS and the placed a reorder to be delivered today. I received an email and a text saying they have been delivered.. nothing. Called back and 1-800-FLOWERS called the florist and was told it was out for delivery. Still nothing. If you are from this area and order flowers, make sure they don't use this florist. This is not the only time they didn't deliver what they were supposed to.

I'd rather rate with no star. Completely not what i ordered. Did not even get notified.

I had the worst experience with this floirist. I am going through breast cancer. I had family friends that sent me some flowers too my house. I had just came home from having surgery. The flowers was old and the roses was very old. I called the shop and the man was very very nasty. He told me that i didnt just get the flowers. That i had them over a week. Then he hung up the phone. I called back no answer. I then went on the web and use the number from the web. He picked up and I began to tell me that we will send you fresh. I told him do too me having breast cancer i had to close my florist shop. I was very upset. I know my friends always use you. I will tell them what happened. You never know who you are delivering flowers to. I will never use this florist shop again. Flower are too make you happy not upset and have too deal with this.nRenee

I am very pleased with the 6 beautiful gravestone arrangements done for our annual Mother's Day Visit to the Wilderness & Round Oak Cemeteries, and Sunset Memorial Gardens! Friendly and talented owner and staff. I highly recommend this shop.
