Called from Boise ID with a request that they put something nice together for my sister in law who is in the hospital. I gave them an idea of where I wanted to be on price and which hospital. They tracked down the room number and delivered an awesome arrangement. What a great experience in a difficult time!!!

Absolutely AWFUL person and experience with Charlie. I’m not sure where to start because the whole experience was so miserable. I booked Charlie for my wedding early this year and because of Covid we had to make a slight adjustment, I originally ordered 50 sunflowers and I asked if I could have 50 more. I was more than happy to pay the extra $100 for them however he yelled at my mother on the phone because we were “late” on our whole payment, which was incorrect because we paid our deposit. He also never sent us a specific due date for the finally payment. He NEVER once apologized for getting smart with a paying customer on the phone once he realized we did in fact pay. Then the The day before my wedding I went to pick up my sunflowers and see my bridal bouquet and when I asked to see my bouquet he told me he hadn’t started on it yet. This was very upsetting because I specially asked for this and drove over 40 minutes to his shop just to see it. I asked if I didn’t like it would he be able to make changes for it on my wedding day. He then told me “he doesn’t make changes and I’ll get what I get.” Fast forward to the day of, he brings my flowers to where we are getting ready and it’s nothing what I asked for. After he left he yelled at me on the phone because I told him this is not what I asked for. That upset him HIGHLY because obviously he did not care! He called me a liar and was so rude to me. My wedding party heard the whole thing and could not believe that this man would be so rude to a bride and a paying customer! I will NEVER again use Charlie for anything! I’d much rather have no flowers than work with Charlie ever again!nnThankfully my wedding party was able to salvage my flowers and make them beautiful for me. I guess it’s too much to ask from Charlie to get what you want on your wedding day.

BEST service ever, Charlie was amazing. I’m not even in the same State and he went the extra mile and then some to help us with our Company needs. Thank you, Charlie, you are awesome!!!

Great Service! Ordered a candy bouquet with balloons for my 9 year old granddaughter in the hospital. It was adorable, delivered the same day. My granddaughter loved it!
