Absolutely amazing customer service. I own a flower shop in a different state but walked in there today needing their help. My grandfather passed away and I wanted something for the service. Not only did they provide me with high-quality flowers they opened up their shop to me and let me design what I wanted to make it extra special. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel right at home. I know where all of my louieville flower orders will now be filled
