Could not answer questions about what vase was made of. Pictures of item i purchased were not accurate.was very small and tacky
Being so well known and the experience with flowers, I am disappointed that I was not given good advice when I spoke with the lady on the phone about the corsage and boutonniere. I even mentioned how I am not familiar with what to order because this is my first son's homecoming dance. She asked me silk or real. I said real. She did not speak how 99% of the time it's SILK. But I did find out upon picking my order up that only 3 were real corsages and boutonnieres out of the rest that were silk for homecoming.I told her I did not know that. She stated yes most girls like to keep it for memories. I mentioned well I did not realize that and wish I had been told. I thank you Town & Country Florist for NOT going out of yall way to help me with this decision. Now in regards to me being in line and not spoken to was rude. I was the second customer and the second lady walked up behind the counter, she did look at me but did not talk to me. So I go checking out their store items and another customer walked in. Got service quickly. So back to the counter and the lady checking out the first customers mentioned me needing help, the order. THANKS FOR NOT MAKING ME FEEL LIKE MY PRESCENCE MATTERED.
What a great experience! Talked to Debbie about sending my Aunt, who is in nursing home, her favorite flowers. I wasn't sure Aunt could receive flowers as she was on hospice. The care and compassion in Debbie's voice came thru the phone as she offered to check with the nursing home on my behalf. She called back to say they could not accept the flowers. Debbie said if she had some beautiful silk flowers, she would offer to make a bouquet of those for my Aunt. How thoughtful. Though I didn't use Town & Country this time, they are now MY florist!! If you want great customer service, keep Town & Country Florist in your speed dial. Thank you Debbie, Vivien
