The professionalism of the florists that handled my order in my very sorrowful time of need was amazing and great and straight to the point. She also followed up with a follow-up call later on that afternoon to make sure that all was correct. My experience with this company has been an amazing experience. she understood exactly what I was going through and exactly what I needed and was on top of things. Just want to send a special thank you to Acadian flowers for taking care of what I need it in my time of need. Amazing company.

Great service good prices n custom arrangements

I'm very dissappointed. My boyfriend was so wonderful to buy me flowers on Valentine's, he's working away from home and was planning this surprise. Valentines night he was wondering why I hadn't brought up the fact that he had gotten me flowers. To his surprise they were never delivered. So there spoils my surprise, poor thing. He tried calling with no answer the first time and then Acadian flowers claimed to have called me (which they never recieved my phone number, so I never had a call), it seemed they had an excuse for everything. I'm not sure if they delivered to the wrong home or didn't deliever at all. So today (the day after Valentines) they delivered it to my home. The least they could have done was fix the card so I could see what he wrote instead of the delivery address with my name.nnIt just broke my heart because he works his butt off and tries so hard to do special things for me and no telling how much he spent on these flowers to not get delivered on the day they were scheduled & to not be able to surprise me like he so desired.nnI guess they compensated him by adding 3 flowers. The arrangement is beautiful but to me it wasn't worth the price and heartache. It's really sad for me to say this about a local buisness.nnAlso, with every flower arrangment I've recieved or purchased from other shops theyd give you a packet to add to the water. This arrangement did not have one. Not sure if it's something yall do or do not do but I found it odd to not have one.

First we were told they would call by Monday to see the flowers it is now Thursday I had to call for them t ok tell me they are ready and we went look at them they ordered navy blue when we ordered royal blue then the big rose was smashed it looked nothing like the wrist corsage ordered and the boutonniere was awful and they claim the flowers just came in yesterday afternoon well I still could have told them it was all wrong prom for my son is Saturday and I had to contact them today to see horrible flowers luckily we found a place fuzzy flower shop that did showed us an amazing idea and will be ready in an hour!
