I ABSOLUTELY understand why this company has a 3.3 review rating!!!!!! This is THE WORSE company to order from. If they do not have what you want, they take it upon themselves to send whatever is in that price range WITHOUT consulting with the customer FIRST!!!!! You should allow the customer to make that decision! And as stated in the reviews that I read, they DO NOT refund your money!!!! I will NOT use this company AGAIN and I will NOT recommend them!!!!! REDICULIOUS!!!!!

The only good thing about my experience was the customer service- the people are very nice. The 2-star rating was due to the fact that the flowers i picked out and paid almost $80 for, looked NOTHING like the picture when it arrived. My bouquet was supposed to have roses and other types of flowers but came ONLY with carnations. I did choose the option for them to sub flower types so my delivery wouldn't be delayed but i did not expect ALL THE SAME FLOWER. It was much smaller than it was supposed to be. There were cheaper arrangements that probably would have looked nicer than what i received.

The Flower Station helped prepare the flowers for my brother’s memorial service. They did an exceptional job with the arrangements and went above and beyond to help our family. They were friendly, professional, and the floral arrangements were beautiful.

My husband has ordered me flowers via the internet when he was traveling. The flowers are always fresh, but more importantly, the sweet ladies go out of their way to make sure I get them!

I have used the flower station for many years through many owners,but I will NEVER use them again. Worst service ever and then the owner says she don’t care if I don’t use them again. She not only messed up one time but 4 times that I can count and can go into details with. The flowers she sent were suppose to be delivered to a person and was told multiple times that we did not want them to know who they were from and she puts my phone number on the card on two occasions. She messed up what was suppose to be a big surprise this year for Valentines and last year for Valentines. I could go on but I will just say think hard before you order from here. Bad service bad quality
