Had ordered a corsage and Boutonniere from another florist and it was horrible and poorly made. I was in a panic because prom was the next day. Called Jakes and explained the situation and the could not have been more wonderful! They created in minutes the most beautiful and creative corsage and boutonnière Ive ever seen! There kindness was deeply appreciated and we are now customers for life! Thank you Jakes on the Avenue!

Avoid! 0 Stars. Said They Could Deliver Birthday Flowers Same Day No Problem. Ordered By A Nurse Fighting Covid At A Hospital They Were For Her Daughter. They Call Back Hours Later To Inform They Missed The Delivery Van, But Could Deliver Them The Next Day But Would Need More Money. Please Don't Say You Can Do Things Unless You Are Capable, As We now See You Are Not. Feelings Were Hurt. Shame On You! Maybe You Should Try Selling Hot Dogs............
Ordered at 11a.m. and they were delivered by 5p.m. My grandma loved them and they turned out so beautiful! Great customer service when I called them on the phone this morning and they were super helpful. Not to mention these are the same or lower prices you’d pay anywhere! I viewed a dozen different places and this was the best, no surcharge for same day delivery!!! Definitely happy I chose this florist over any other and will be coming back.
Awful customer service ...I always want to support local and private businesses, however I do want a good experience when I'm shopping and spending my hard earned money,I certainly never want to feel as if I'm a bother. This was the way I felt shopping at Jake's on the avenue, never again will I make that mistake,I will give my money to a much more deserving franchise like Heroman's!!
