Horrible horrible company for shipping flowers internationally. I paid close to $70 for an arrangement to be sent to my brother and his wife in the Netherlands. My sister-in-law's parents are very ill with COVID, one is in a medically induced coma. The delivery was 3 days late and they sent tons baby's breath with one rose, one gerber daisy, and one lilly. Pitiful!! I emailed customer service and spoke with a man named Don who proceeded to argue with me about flowers in the Netherlands (something he obviously knows nothing about). I will never order from this company again. What an embarrassment!
An absolute misery to order through especially if you are trying to find international options. Charges your card even in there is payment issues. Dishonest and unwilling to work with you.
DONT USE THIS COMPANYnI placed an order specifically with this company because they said they could deliver on a Monday. I got a confirmation email and they charged my credit card. My friends never got the Bereavement Bouquet we sent. Then on Tuesday a refund appears on my card, when I called customer service they said they don't deliver to that zip code, there are supposedly no florists in that area. (NOT TRUE) They claimed they sent me an email - I never received anything after the initial confirmation. WHY WOULD THEY CLAIM THEY COULD DELIVER , THAT IS TERRIBLE - I am heartbroken & embarrassed that my flowers never arrived...
I ordered flowers for my parents anniversary to be delivered in a different state to a hotel and it was in perfect timing and they were such a beautiful bouquet arrangement. The customer rep was also so kind and helpful. While expensive, I will be happily ordering again. Perfect for special occasions.
I ordered a Sympathy WHITE flowers with basket for my friend family member’s death, they send RED flowers with vase! Are you kidding me! Will never use this company again.
