I am extremely disappointed in the service I received with this place. I took my cat here because he is very obviously sick. They came out and told me he had fleas and worms but that they don’t give out medication for either of those things. This would be understandable if I didn’t have to wait in the parking lot for 4 hours while my cat was getting anxious and so was I. I spent $120 for them to tell me to follow up with my regular vet. They did nothing for him and now I’m having to spend another pocket full of money to get him the care he actually needs and deserves.
Received great service. Dr. Roberts was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Have visited here with a different pet & we were pleased. Would recommend.
Had to take my dog here after hours. Although things turned out bad for my baby, they took very good care of us. Love this place. Will definitely go back if need be
Had an emergency situation with one of my dogs, looked at Google for help. No mention of a process when I called initially and ended up waiting for over 2 hours for my dog to be seen and another 45 minutes for a discharge order. While the vet lived up to a good quality level, the support staff was INCREDIBLY lacking in response and professionalism.
Dr. Neat and staff were wonderful getting my dog in immediately for surgery. Dr. Neat kept me informed before, after surgery and throughout dog's stay. Surgery successful and good prognosis. Saved my dog's life.
