I was able to call and get an Appt the next day for my pet that had been sick. I saw the awesome reviews and can’t agree with everyone else’s reviews. I was late (overslept) and they still saw my pet in a timely manner! Thank you so much!
Dr. Townsend and the rest of the staff are the best. They care about their patients and it shows. They are always prompt on appointment times, but do not rush the visit. I would not take my pup anywhere except Barbour Lane !
I’ve been to multiple vets in this city and hands down Dr Townsend is the best! He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I’m not one to jump into pharmaceutical treatments before researching. I prefer more holistic approaches and Dr Townsend didn’t push any treatments on me, but explained all the options and benefits. I felt at ease and confident in him as a Veternarian. We moved further east from downtown and I found this clinic online and they worked me in same day. I now know first hand that the great reviews they have reflect the quality of service given. Thank you!
Doctors Townsend and O'Grady are the best. Our dogs get the best of care. Jill always makes us feel welcome at the reception desk. We have had our dogs cared for at Barbour Lane Animal Hospital for many years.
Not really much more could have been done to improve my visit to Barbour Lane. All of my questions were thoroughly answered and my pet was well taken care of.
