First time at the clinic they were super friendly and efficient. We arrived early they went ahead and took my dog back, and we were in and out very quickly. They asked questions and provided us with quick answers and solutions to help our pup!
The BEST vet in Louisville - Hands down. We've taken our two dogs here for about 4 years, and they've always taken amazing care of them. We have a white German Shepherd who is terrified of strangers, and they're so kind and gentle with her. They're extremely responsive, very affordable, and they never hesitate to answer any questions we may have. They operate out of Feeders Supply locations throughout the week in addition to their clinic hours and it's amazing - I think it provides many people with convenient access to a vet who may have otherwise not gone. The receptionist desk, assistants, and the Drs themselves all absolutely bust their butt for customers, and it really, really shows. I've never seen service better than what they provide!
The staff were very knowledgeable and could handle my big furbabies...
I love this place. They’ve taken great care of my fur baby since he was a puppy. I always recommend Dr. John’s to everyone in need of a reliable vet. :)
Chewy and I love this place! The staff and doctors are friendly and they don’t try to nickel and dime you . Those two things mean a lot to us! The prices are fair and I trust their judgement. So far nothing but positive things to say.
