The team at Banfield on Westport Road is amazing! I really can't say enough. Our family has been going there for several years now. We receive kind and compassionate care at a great price. The team has even answered questions and concerns over the phone not requiring us to make an appointment. The hours are great and appointments are always on time. You and your pet will love Banfield!
I cannot say enough good things about the staff and specifically, Dr. Amanda Brooks. The front desk staff appear to have personal relationships with our dogs and greet them with kindness and excitement when we bring them in for appointments. Communication is great and we never have to worry that we are incurring unknown costs during our visit. Taylor and Ashley at the front desk are extremely kind and helpful!nDr. Brooks is absolutely wonderful and the sole reason we drive to this location from southern Indiana. She is patient, caring, and goes out of her way to provide pet parents with information regarding their loved one. We are greatly appreciative for this clinic and highly recommend!
The service was super and their be here program is very good and helpful.
Google maps is asking me to taste the vet where my dog died. She fell out of the car while we were moving. I rushed her directly to the vet. This vet.nnShe was dead by the time I got there.nnThree minutes. Maybe four. That's all it took. I will miss her always and my last memories of her were desperately trying to get her help while she bleed internally.nnThe doctor was nice. Broke the news as softly as she could. Let me cry in the exam room for two and a half hours while I held my dog.
The store was really clean and neat and the staff was very helpful. Banfield understood my baby is a rescue so they took extra special care of him
