Great Job
They take such great care of my dogs when we put them in the pet hotel and I never have to worry about them. The doggie day camp is also great my dogs love it. They are amazing.
Vet, grooming and boarding offered here at pets they have adoption service and amd a very good obedience program for training staff are very friendly helpful one stop shopping for your furry family members
I have primarily used this store for my pet supply needs. Recently, I was there for grooming. There were stickers on the floor for distancing and signs everywhere requiring masks. The grooming salon is a very small, enclosed space, and of the 5 young ladies working in the salon, two were not wearing their mask, one was not wearing it properly and a fourth pulled hers down to telephone, turning the grooming salon into a potentially infectious petri dish. I am an older person with underlying conditions, and I will not return to Petsmart Westport Rd because of this.
Ok I usually like petsmart but one experience changed that i was going to Pick up some plants for my aquarium I was looking at fish aisle when a family came in a mom and 3 year old children who had no experience with keeping fish and I doubt they did research they came in and bought two goldfish who need 55 gallons and they bought a 3 gallon tank for them and employee just let them do it he knew they couldn’t live in a 3 gallon tank but he did just for the money they don’t even care for there animals never trust pet smart I almost yelled at the employee if you don’t do your research don’t get any animals.
