All the ladies here are amazing! Only had one issue with one of the guys Dr. Ken but still love this practice and worth the drive from Kennesaw. Taking my new puppy here for all her updates.

I’m so incredibly disappointed in the staff here. My grandmother had a sick kitten that we had gotten her for Christmas and they wouldn’t give her the time of day, not even 5 minutes to answer her questions and only responded with wanting her to pay a ridiculous amount of money and they would “work her in” otherwise she can take herself to the emergency vet. So she went to the emergency vet and they recommended a temporary cure that would be a very large sum of money otherwise the kitten wouldn’t make it. She called this facility again, whom she’s been doing business with for YEARS might I add, to get a second opinion and again they didn’t bother giving her any time of day or care at all about the situation. She ended up making the hard decision to put the kitten down. I’m disappointed all this facility cared about was money and didn’t want to give any care to the situation. All they care about is money, not the health or well being of your pets. In the past they never behaved or acted like this. They would have emergencies come in and see them as priority and I used to come to them with my pets as well and never had issues. I’m sorry to say I would never recommend this animal clinic to anyone again.

Best place in the area to take a pet for anything! They always take great care of my dogs and I've been going there for over 15 years! Everyone in there is extremely knowledgeable and has a kind heart!

Great service and our animals love Dr. Ken. We have been with them for 13 years and never any issues.

Had to stop for a nail clip for the puppy. Called and they said to come on in. Done in 20 minutes, the puppy didn't fuss and all was good. Nice folks working there.
