Bad communication!nRefused to see my elderly chihuahua. I drove there during a tornado warning because they told me they would see him. While in their parking lot they told me since he had not been seen in 6 years, he couldnt be seen. No compassion and dont care to waste peoples' time when it matters most.nRalphy is swollen from head to toe.nDO NOT RECOMMEND.

I took my bulldog in for a toenail trim. These people are awesome. The front desk clerk was kind and busy on the phone most of the time I was there. They required masks (co vid 19) and social distancing. They were a little behind schedule because an emergency came in (dog on dog attack) and they were very good as to keeping us informed of why we were waiting. Most importantly, my bulldog who gets anxious easily, came back from his toe nail trimming relatively calm. I WILL be back. No stronger recommendation than a repeat visit in my opinion.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Knowles is the best! All the staff is friendly and caring. I never worry about taking my fur babies there.
