I brought my dog to An-Emerg in a frightening situation for any pet owner. My dog’s stomach had flipped and we had to make a decision quick if we wanted to save his life. Dr. Brown was very honest and upfront with me, making sure I understood the procedure ahead and the challenges we could face if he made it through surgery. I was very thankful for the kindness and compassion shown from Dr. Brown and his assistant(so sorry I didn’t catch her name!) to this scared dog mama. I hope I never have to use an emergency vet again, but if in that situation, I would not hesitate to return to this place.

Really great group of people! I took my sweet fur baby here because he had a hotspot on the side of his face. He has terrible anxiety, and these doctors were so good with him. I know where I’ll be taking Clark for any after hours emergency. ud83dude0a

This past Monday we brought our chocolate lab to the vet. We just didn't know what was wrong with him, but knew he wasn't himself. Our 13 year old boy was dealing with his stomach that had flipped all of a sudden. Fine one minute, gasping for air the next. The vet on call Monday was very knowledgeable and very helpful towards our needs especially when we had to make the most difficult decision ever. He calmed us down and told us that we were making a good decision. Also explained that when an animal deals with their stomach flipping especially older, they may not make it off the surgical table and we could lose him anyway. He also sympathized with us too and said that tomorrow and the next would be very hard at home but don't for one minute think we didn't decide what was best for our ole boy. The staff was very caring as well and very friendly. I will most definitely share my experience with others. Great job!!!! Now to get our boys remains back. ud83dudc99

Our cat had blood in his urine and I was highly concerned. Everyone from the front desk to the vet were friendly and professional. The procedures and follow-up care were explained clearly and the bill was much less than I had expected. Fantastic staff!!

I cannot express how phenomenal the group of people that work here are. They do fantastic work; not to mention how well they keep you informed every step of the way. Everyone there is very intelligent, caring, understanding, and compassionate. Given the terrible circumstances that had come upon my dog, I consider myself lucky that this group of professionals were taking care of her.nI've never written a Google review and felt compelled to do so after the excellent care that my dog received.
