Banfield Pet Hospital

I thought my pup was having a medical emergency and they took him right away. I felt better knowing he was under watch of doctors and nurses just in case. He turned out to be super healthy and it was just something he ate but they made sure to be very thorough and run all tests to rule out all possibilities. His vet is awesome! Thank you!

The vet is wonderful but my reason for giving one star is that the lady who mans the front desk is an awful person and should not be working with animals. She’s ill-tempered, has very poor organizational skills and is very uncaring. I made two separate appointments (one over the phone and one in person) and she couldn’t find either of them after and got very impatient when I insisted I spoke to her IN PERSON. When I kept insisting it was an emergency, she stated in a dead pan tone “well you either wait for the appointment time or go somewhere else.” What kind of service is that? When you’re terrified that your pet may be severely hurt, she doesn’t care. She shouldn’t be near people’s animals. AWFUL WOMAN.

This location was pretty booked up, but they were able to squeeze me in because my little guy seemed ill. The employees listened to my concerns, and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Buddy will definitely be back for his routine care.

Took him there today to make sure he was up to date on all his shots so we can go to Fetch dog park. Turns out he is missing one of his shots and Banfield didn't bother mentioning it. I will never go there again.

Uncaring staff. It's all about the money. They keep pushing the wellness plan down your throat and get rude about it when you say no. One reason I said no was because my friend who got it Banfield did not live up to the promise of the wellness plan. But that's not what bothers me honestly it's the fact they only care about making money vs the love of animals.
