My visits to this clinic was very refreshing. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The doctors are easy going, ready to listen and answer questions and makes suggestions about treatments and allow you to make the final decision. The clinic is Very professional and conscious of this pandemic by taking safe precautions.
Understand the circumstances, it was the best it could be. My senior dog got really sick and they were patient and kind to us. The doctor's beside manners and detailed explanation of my dogs conditions was extremely helpful as I had a tough decision to make and the true kindness they showed me I could not have asked for better.
I have been using their services for over 20 years. I have never been disappointed with any of the staff and duties preform for all my pets. They always show me and animals care and compassion. I recommend this place.ud83dude42
This isn’t my first issue with this specific location. This time I made an appointment for a simple nail trim for my 2 dogs. Appointment was scheduled for 12 and 1230. I got here and called at 1150 am since they still don’t allow you to walk ins. It is now 1225 and I’m still waiting in my car to DROP my 2 dogs off for their scheduled appointment. First appointment is basically over. WHY schedule an appointment time if you’re not going to be available for the specific time? Literally just wasted my time coming to this location and it seems to be an ongoing issue because this isn’t the first time this has happened to me. They don’t value customers time. If you schedule an appointment here be prepared to wait at least 5 hours. I definitely won’t be back.
Very warm and friendly staff. My 5 month old kitty is resting comfortably after surgery (spay). Awesome vet, very professional and highly recommended. I trust this facility to care for my fur babies long term. Happy patient!
