Ordered flowers for a 1/12 delivery, paid extra for them to be delivered by 1pm. They were delivered on 1/8, after 2. Not even the right date or the expedited arrival time for that date.nnNot only was the delivery flawed but the arrangement was nothing like pictured or advertised. The arrangement I paid over 100$ for, was lilies and roses only. There were carnations and an array of other flowers and colors while only have 3 roses and 2 lilies.nnWhen I tried to call the number kept routing to a voicemail which I left a message and still haven’t received a returned call. I’ve never been so disappointed in a florist.
I was trying to gift my mother flowers for her and paid extra to get them there by 1 at the end of the day still no flowers and a message saying they would be there the next day. The folloring day i got another cancelation saying it wouldnt be there until monday. I would not use this service. When i tried to call i got send to an automated service and hung up on when i was next.nnUpdate even when i look on my credit charged it says is from blossom and bows flowers in douglasville and my mother recieven a bouquet from kroger by insta cart and it was not an arrangement. Conveniently the blossom flowers website is down and so is their phone system
They did a beautiful red, blue, and gold arrangement for a Military funeral. We were very impressed and would 100% recommend in the future. Thank you!!!
