I've ordered a lot of flowers in my lifetime. Never have I had customer service that made me more confident of the quality and trustworthiness of the florist than my interaction today with Eli. If he's not an owner he certainly takes ownership of his service of helping people do kind things for others by sending flowers. I'm jotting this review before delivery of my order because I have no doubt that it will be on time, look great, and serve the purpose as intended. Bravo Oberer's for having a team member as professional and genuine as Eli. Your first priority should be providing more opportunity for him and ensuring the rest of the staff can glean from his example. I will share this interaction with my team to illustrate what we strive for in guest experience every day!
Called Oberer's from Tn to send flowers to my S/L in Loisville, Ky. They were delivered same day. S/L sent us a picture & they were gorgeous! Person I spoke to was very nice & helpful. Thanks Oberer's.
I placed an order online and it was fulfilled and delivered within a matter of hours. I appreciated the communication throughout the entire process (confirmation, receipt, and delivery confirmation). The daily specials are absolutely gorgeous and so reasonably priced. I will definitely be ordering from Oberer's again!

Absolutely loved the experience with this shop. I really wanted to do something nice for my friend that lives in Lousiville and I live in Denver and it was so easy. They tried to deliver to her on a Sunday, got an email it was unsuccessful and then less than two hours later they had already tried again and she got her arrangement and she loves it, Thank you! 10/10 would recommend.
