I cannot say enough about Liz! I went in with absolutely no idea what I wanted for my flowers, but she was so patient with me about choosing things. She showed me a variety of flowers when we met and she even has a bridal conference room that allows you to be somewhere private to choose flowers. We ended up incorporating succulents into both my bouquet and my husband's boutonniere. She was very excited to use them and they were placed perfectly. Everything was perfect when she dropped it off and she was very communicative. I will definitely use her for my florist needs in the future because she was just amazing with everything. The flowers were beautiful and she made my vision come to life! I cannot say enough about her.

I ordered a bouquet based on a photo on their website. What actually was delivered looked nothing like the photo. It was mostly scraggly greenery with a few flowers. The arrangement looked thrown together. It really was embarrassing. I will never use this florist again.nUPDATE: The shop immediately reached out to apologize and correct the issue. Amazing, thoughtful customer service. I was sent a beautiful fall arrangement as an apology. It is rare that this type of customer service exists. It is a statement on the professionalism, quality and care this shop puts into their products. I will be trying them again. Every business will make a mistake, BUT, not every business will take the time to personally call and apologize. I am impressed.

I am very pleased with the bouquet that they sent for my moms birthday. The roses were so large and the arrangement was absolutely stunning. They also worked with me and made sure that my moms allergies were under consideration. They definitely are the best florist around!

A Touch Of Elegance is hands down the best place to get flower arrangements. I spoke with David and he was so nice and compassionate as to the reason for the flowers. He and his team put together a special arrangement to celebrate my Grandmother's Life. It arrived in a day and my family loved it. Thank You David and everyone who was involved.

I called the week before Mother’s Day and gave them a $125-150 budget to deliver flowers to my mom. I called from California and was assured it would get delivered by Saturday evening because they would be closed on Sunday. I checked in with my mom Saturday evening and they had not been delivered so by now the surprise was ruined. I called back and was assured she was one of the last deliveries and not to worry. Well they never got delivered. Left messages Sunday and Monday and finally got a hold of someone on Tuesday - they NEVER called me back. She said she would investigate and call me back but never did. I called back Wednesday and finally got refunded and NEVER got an explanation or any apology whatsoever. Go with Nanz & Kraft
