Took my dog here for a second opinion regarding his increased urinary accidents. Explained in depth when booking the appointment my concerns and expectations.nnWhen I arrived, I followed the multiple text messages regarding calling a specific number to check in ten minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. Imagine my frustration when I could not reach anyone for over 10 minutes. I then called the main line and while on the phone with them, I saw two workers walk across the parking lot into the building holding doggy bags. It was obvious that they were returning from lunch which the person on the phone confirmed. Why they would schedule my appointment so close to their staff’s lunch time so I would waste ten minutes calling a number no one would be around to pick up is beyond disrespectful to my time. My appointment was at 2PM.nnTo add insult to injury, I had to explain again why I was seeking a second opinion. It felt very disorganized. They then asked if I brought my pet’s previous lab results which I didn’t because no one told me I needed to. When I spoke to the vet, she had the audacity to tell me I needed to pay $50+ for the SAME labs I had done elsewhere because she couldn’t trust the results the other place had. So basically, even if they could physically see that certain labs were performed elsewhere, I still would’ve needed to repeat the same labs with them because they trusted their own labs more. To me, it sounded like they were trying to find reasons to charge me more money. The vet then tried to tell me that the texts they sent out told me to bring labs done at other places. It did not.nnWhen I spoke to one of the workers about my concerns and the lack of answers I received from the vet (practically the entire reason for the appointment to begin with) she told me that my appointment window was over and that they needed to see their other appointments insinuating that I was somehow at fault for arriving early and was unable to reach anyone to check in because their staff was at lunch. Infuriating.nnNot only did I waste my time at this establishment, I paid them to not give me the second opinion I was searching for. This place is awful. I do NOT recommend.

I brought both of my cats to Throve for the first time today after trying a few vets in the area. They were wonderful from start to finish. My appointment times were respected and my kitties received wonderful care within my budget. The wonderful staff even took off an exam with out me asking since they no longer considered it necessary. They went above and beyond and I’m grateful to have found the vet for my babies now.

Very polite and efficient. Took no time at all to get Chipper's vaccines done! Everything was easy. Great people and great service. Thank you.

Thrive has been so great for my dog and I. My dog gets very anxious at the vet, but they were able to take care of her anyways, as well as give great suggestions for what to do in the future. I so appreciate the care they’ve given my dog.

This place is EVERYTHING!!! The facility is nice (always clean) and the staff is super sweet...they’ll come to the car to get your fur baby then call you to keep you updated on how they’re doing. This place is awesome for those who can’t really afford pet care but I luv that they call to check up on your pet well after the visit.
