The great thing about Dearborn is their walk-in appointment policy. Every Saturday, you're welcome to show up (without an appointment) for no additional charge. This is great if your pet has an issue that can't wait for the next available slot.nEach time I've brought my dogs here, I've left feeling relieved (because my dog will soon feel better and because I didn't spend a fortune).nThank you for all that you do!

Everyone here at this clinic I had the pleasure of meeting during our appointment or spoke with on the phone prior , are actual angels. They answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Most of all , they were loving towards my pup.

They lack professionalism and basic communication skills. They were 40 minutes late for our dogs appointment and not once came out to let us know what was going on. The only reason they got our dog when they did is because we approached an employee in the parking lot. Prior to that encounter we made multiple attempts to try and speak to someone. It was a waste of two hours. I do appreciate that the doctor was very friendly and pleasant on the phone.

Doctors and staff and extremely empathetic and truly care about their patients. Dr. Wynne in particular is very giving of her time to ensure that pet parents understand the details of their pet's treatments and options. They have behaved responsibly throughout the pandemic, though it is obviously a strain at times.

When I moved to Brookhaven I needed to find a new vet for my dogs. My sister was already using Deaborn and gave them a sterling endorsement. Because of this, I decided to give them a shot even though there are several animal hospitals closer to my home. Two years later and Dearborn has become my new veterinarian. The staff is amazing and their pricing is incredibly fair (on average it's about 30% less expensive than my last vet). I'll continue to use Dearborn as long as I live in this part of town.
