I am so pleased with the experience I had with the kind people at Tucker Flower Shop with whom I recently ordered a sympathy flower arrangement. I was able to talk to someone immediately and request a custom made arrangement. The recipient was so delighted and remarked that they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever seen. Delivery was prompt.
I was thrilled with the arrangement and the speedy delivery. I'm thankful I chose a local establishment and I appreciate my daughter-in-law getting her delivery the same day, they appreciate my business.
I wanted to use local because I am out of town- I needed an arrangement for a funeral. I tried to call several times over a 2 day period and never got anyone on the phone. I decided to still use a local florist, so I ordered online from TFS. For the price and what I paid, I was 100% disappointed and then flowers died in 2 days. I paid for the 'deluxe' arrangement and it was SO SMALL. Not at all what I thought I was paying for. This was an employee's family member and this was sent on behalf of our company- and I will say I was embarrassed by the arrangement and not happy at all. Will find another florist next time!!
