Very happy with the flower arrangement they provided me for my Step Moms birthday. They were able to get me orchids on-demand! I saw pictures of the final product and it was better than I expected! Delivered on the correct date. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Very easy to work with. I made a last minute order and unfortunately they didn't have one flower for the arrangement. I asked them for a suggestion for the occasion and they hit the nail on the head. Very well put together arrangement and they had it made within 30 minutes. Even provided me with a box for safe transportation. I'll continue to go here.

When I contacted Osteen's, I told them I wanted a flower arrangement for Mother's Day that was going to a lady who had lost her son just one week before, so basically, the arrangement was a condolence/Mother's Day arrangement. We discussed prices and I was told arrangements started around $40. She assured me for $60, I would get a very nice arrangement. I also requested that the arrangement be delivered on Saturday. When I saw a picture of the flowers that were delivered on Thursday (not Saturday), I was so disappointed to see that the main focus of the arrangement was a sunflower and was not at all what I expected it to look like, plus it was not delivered on the day I had requested.
